Room Division Manager
Seashells Mandurah is looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join their team.
In this position you will work directly under the General Manager and will be primarily responsible & accountable for the daily front office operations & guest services. You will work together with the Head Housekeeper managing housekeeping & public area services.
We are seeking a career minded individual looking to take the “next step” in their career. This position would be ideally suited to someone who is already working within a rooms environment and is looking to develop their “Hotelier” skills.
Front Office experience is essential, housekeeping experience desirable as well as the following attributes:
Strong initiative
Commitment to working within a team environment, both within an office and the greater hotel environment
Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
Reliable & flexible
Ability to work & manage a team unsupervised
