Frequently asked questions

What are the check in/out times?
Check-in time is 2.00pm, check-out time is 10.00am. Changes to these times are subject to availability. Late check-ins (outside of receptions hours) must be arranged before arrival.

When is the reception open?
7.00am - 7.00pm from May to October
8.00am - 6.00pm from November to April

Is there a day room rate?
Yes, 50% of daily rate, subject to availability.

What is your child policy?
Children up to 14 years stay free when sharing with adults and using existing bedding. Cots and high chairs are free of charge, available on request.

How do I confirm my booking?
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to confirm a reservation. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque. Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa American Express and Diners Club accepted. Please note that American Express or Diners Card payments will incur a 3.5% surcharge.

How do I cancel my booking?
Notify the property as soon as possible. September to June – Cancellations outside 21 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation. July to August – Cancellations outside 21 days of arrival will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation. Full payment will automatically be processed to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable. Amendments to bookings within 21 days are not permitted.
